- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the salt, oatmeal, cinnamon, and honey. Once the water has been mostly absorbed, turn the heat down and add milk. Cook until thickened and stir occasionally.

Serving
Top with blueberries and chopped walnuts. You can add a teaspoon of chia seeds if want to.
