Healthy Winter Drinks (part 1)

It's Christmas Holidays! What can be better than hot drinks to make you fell warm during cold weather. 


Here are some healthy beverages for a cozy winter break.

Matcha Latte.

Matcha itself has many benefits.It improves concentration and cognition, prevents cancer, and reduces the risk of heart disease. Matcha latte a blend of milk and matcha. You can make it vegan with soy, oat, coconut, or almond milk.



Green Tea.

People used green tea in traditional Chine and Indian medicine. Studies suggest that green tea may help prevent cancer, lose weight, lower blood pressure, reduce inflammation and lower cholesterol.


Golden Milk.

Golden milk is also known as turmeric milk. This bright yellow drink is traditionally by warming cow's or plant milk with spices such as turmeric, cinnamon and ginger. Golden milk is rich in antioxidants, improves memory and brain function, protects against heart disease and improves mood.

Hot cocoa drink.

Cocoa powder is rich in Polyphenols, wich have been linked to many health benefits, including reducing inflammation, improving blood circulation, lowering blood pressure, and regulating cholesterol and blood sugar levels.


Jasmine Tea.

The health benefits of green tea are related to its content of Polyphenols, micronutrients with antioxidant properties. These substances can protect against the effect of free radicals that cause aging-related cell damage. Jasmine itself has been associated with improved physical health and is said to reduce the effects of stress. A study published in the European Journal of Applied Psysiology described the scent of Jasmine as calming the nerves and to regulate mood.
